Customized Bushes & Sliding Bearings Components For The Most Extreme High Temperature Pressure & Corrosive

PTFE sliding bushings are suitable for dry running, low friction, less wear, good sliding properties, forming a transmission layer that can protect the mating metal surface, suitable for rotating and oscillating motion. PTFE sliding bushings has very high chemical resistance, low water absorption and swelling. It also copes well with lubrication.

Wrapped composite bearing with PTFE sliding layer - Maintenance-free

Dry slide bearing requires no lubrication
High static and dynamic load capacity

Steel + Porous Bronze Sinter + PTFE + Pb

0.01 ~ 0.03mm PTFE fiber blend, lead-free, provides an excellent initial transfer film that effectively covers the mating surface of the sleeve assembly to form a solid oxide-type lubricant film.
Sintered bronze powder 0.20-0.35mm, provides maximum thermal conductivity away from the sleeve surface, also serves as a reservoir for PTFE mixture.
The steel carrier ensures high load-bearing capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
0.002 mm tin-copper coating provides good corrosion resistance.
