Aluminium bronze bush is a type of oilless bearing.It's also called
guide bush,cast bearing ,plain sliding bearing,solid bronze
bearing,graphite inlaid bearing,solid sliding bearing,oiles 500 and
self lubricating bearing.
Cast Bronze Bushings
Aluminum bronze is the highest strength standard copper based
alloy.VIIPLUS produces C95400, C95500 and C95900 in standard sizes
of Cast Bronze Bushings . Aluminum, in conjunction with iron and
nickel in C95500, acts as a strengthener in these alloys. All of
the aluminum bronzes can be heat treated, further increasing
tensile strengths.

C95400 U.S. standard aluminum bronze alloy
Aluminum bronze containing iron, with high strength and
antifriction, good corrosion resistance, good processing under hot
pressure, welding and gas welding, but poor brazing.
It is characterized by good wear resistance.
Aluminum bronze, containing iron and aluminum elements, has high
strength and abrasion resistance. After quenching and tempering,
the hardness can be improved. It has good high temperature
corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
Machinability is ok, but welding is not easy to fibrillar welding,
hot processing under pressure is good.
Aluminum bronze graphite inlaid bearing is based on aluminum bronze
matrix, according to the working condition according to a certain
proportion in its working face machining holes and filled with
solid lubricant after CNC machining center finishing.Aluminum
bronze has a good corrosion resistance, the surface is inlaid with
graphite oil, to achieve the non-lubricating solid lubrication.Due
to the addition of iron and nickel in the matrix material, the
hardness and bearing capacity of the product are obviously
improved, and the product has good self-lubrication performance, wear
resistance and corrosion resistance.The products are mainly
suitable for medium speed and medium load occasions.

Strusture
TOB-50 Flange material is made of strong cast bronze based metal
with special solid lubricants embedded. The base metal withstands
high load and the solid lubricants provide self-lubrication. The
bearing shows excellent performance without pre-lubrication under
conditions of extreme high/low temperature with low speed. This
material provides a maintenance-free bearing solution, particularly
for high load, intermittent of oscillating motion.
